I have been very impressed with every aspect of the service from Wear Master Auto Repair Utica. I have a 15 year old Ford Fusion that needs more repairs than Carter had liver pills. Justin from Wear Master helped me determine the repairs most needed and gave me a fair price for them. The service was performed speedily, and every employee I had the opportunity to interact with was pleasant and congenial.

I've always had a great experience at Wear Master. Many of my family members that live in the area take their vehicles there to be serviced and I recommend them to everyone who asks me if they know a reliable mechanic. I'd give them six stars if it were possible.

Took my car in because I thought the brakes were making a noise. I dropped it off without an appointment and they were very busy so they were going to try to get me in. They called me later to describe the noise but said that they didn’t find anything. They inspected both the brakes and the shocks and said that both were still in good shape. I’ve taken my vehicles to this WearMaster for years and they are consistently prompt, honest, and thorough. I trust them fully to sell me what I need and never more or less. I really appreciate having them in our community!
